Abstract:Objective:To analyze the value of high resolution MRI with thin layer small field of vision combined with DCE-MRI in the diagnosis of ovarian tumor. Methods:A total of 89 cases of ovarian tumors detected by pelvic ultrasound in our hospital from Feb 2015 to May 2017 were enrolled. All patients received pelvic MRI scan, high resolution MRI with thin layer small field of vision and DCE-MRI examination. The results of surgical pathology as a diagnostic criteria, the diagnostic accuracy rate of the three test methods was calculated. Results:In 89 patients, there were 49 cases of malignant tumor and 40 cases of benign tumor. The diagnostic accuracy rate of high resolution MRI with thin layer small field of vision was significantly higher than that of conventional MRI (P<0.05). The diagnostic accuracy rate of high resolution MRI with thin layer small field of vision combined with DCE-MRI was significantly higher than that of conventional MRI combined with DEC-MRI. Conclusions:High resolution MRI with thin layer small field of vision in the examination of ovarian tumor has important value. The combined application of high resolution MRI with thin layer small field of vision and DCE-MRI can improve the diagnostic accuracy of ovarian tumor, which can be used as a routine examination.
