Abstract:Objective: To analyze the CT features of cystic lung cancer and to improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of this kind of lung cancer.Method: The clinical data and CT findings of 27 cases of cystic lung cancer confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results: All the 27 cases were single lesions,18 cases in the right lung and 9 cases in the left lung, including 22 cases of adenocarcinoma and 5 cases of squamous cell carcinoma.According to Mascalchi morphological classification, there were 11 cases of type Ⅰ,1 case of type Ⅱ,11 cases of type Ⅲ and 4 cases of type Ⅳ.The wall of the cyst was uneven in 27 cases, the inner wall of the cyst was not smooth in 23 cases, and there were intracystic septum in 21 cases, vascular penetration in 13 cases, solid component or ground glass density shadow around the cyst in 18 cases, lobulation sign in 18 cases, spiculation sign in 10 cases, pleural indentation sign in 12 cases, vascular convergence sign in 18 cases, interruption of adjacent bronchi in 6 cases.Among them,14 patients were followed up for 2 to 36 months before pathological diagnosis and before treatment. The cyst cavity enlarged in 7 cases, the cyst cavity shrank in 2 cases,5 cases had no change in size of cyst cavity. And 9 cases showed thickening of cyst wall,9 cases showed enlargement of solid components or appeared solid components around the cyst cavity,6 cases showed thickening of cyst wall and increased solid components. Conclusions: The CT findings of cystic lung cancer have certain characteristics.Comprehensive analysis of the marginal morphology, internal structure and surrounding changes of the cystic cavity combined with dynamic follow-up observation is helpful to improve the diagnostic accuracy of cystic lung cancer.
