Abstract:Objective: To explore the clinical effects of humanistic care nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods: A total of 84 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent PCI surgery in our hospital from Jan 2018 to Jan 2019 were selected and divided into intervention group and control group according to the random number table method, each with 42 cases. The control group received routine nursing intervention after PCI,on this basis, the intervention group also received humanistic care nursing. The psychological status, incidence of adverse cardiac events, quality of life, nursing satisfaction and patient compliance behavior of the two groups after intervention were compared. Results: Before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of SAS and SDS between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention, and the SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control Group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiac events such as severe arrhythmia, angina pectoris, ischemic heart failure, and non-fatal myocardial infarction in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of SF-36 dimensions between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the scores of SF-36 dimensions in the two groups were significantly improved, and the intervention group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The intervention group was satisfied with the nursing work, and the satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The patients were followed up for 6 months after discharge. The compliance behaviors in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group such as adherence to medication, quitting smoking and drinking, proper exercise, balanced nutrition, and regular review(P<0.05).Conclusion: The implementation of humanistic care for patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI is beneficial to improve the mental state of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse cardiac events, improve the quality of life, nursing satisfaction and compliance behaviors of patients.
