Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of whole-course physical and mental nursing intervention on the puerpera in the delivery room and the satisfaction degree of the puerpera. Methods: From Aug to Oct 2019,150 puerpera who gave birth in our hospital were enrolled and were divided into the observation group and the control group by random envelope method, with 75 cases in each group.Routine intervention was performed in the control group, and whole-course physical and mental nursing intervention was performed in the observation group.Labor duration, postpartum hemorrhage, delivery mode, pain grade and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The first and second stages of labor in the observation group were shorter and the postpartum hemorrhage was lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The proportion of gradeⅠpain was higher, and the proportion of grade Ⅲ pain was lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The proportion of spontaneous vaginal delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The satisfaction degree was also higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The whole-course physical and mental nursing intervention can effectively shorten the labor duration, reduce the amount of bleeding, reduce the degree of labor pain, improve the satisfaction and improve the outcomes of childbirth.
